Boy or Girl?

Gib slept at 11-ish p.m. as usual yesterday night, so you bet I was upset when he woke me up at 9 a.m. with questions of; "Mana Ben-10 Gibban?".. "Mana Baba?".. "Mana bantal Ban?"..

Sheesh. Want to have a nice lie-in on a Sunday morning also cannot. Where was the Baba, indeed? Busy downstairs doing this and that (H is a morning person which annoys me to no end because I definitely am not. Hehehe). I called H to babysit his son and continued my nice Sunday snooze :p

The boys do not play quietly. They never do. So my Sunday snooze is always more like ... half-snooze.

Gibran: "Vrooooommmmmmmmmmmmm Vrooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!" (playing with his Spiderman + Spiderman bike)
Baba: "VRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!" (double the loudness.. the louder the better)
Gibran: "Baba.. Spiderman ni boy, tau."
Baba: "Hmmm.. boy? Yes, Spiderman's a boy."
Gibran: "Baba... Baba boy, kan?"
Baba: "Yes, Baba's a boy. Gibran pulak? Gibran pun boy, ke?"
Gibran: "A'ahhhh. Gib-ban boy."
Baba: "Mummy?"
Gibran: "Mummy girl."
Baba: "Yes! Mummy girl. Wan pulak?"
Gibran: "Wan girl."
Baba: "Yup yup. Atuk?"
Gibran: "Atuk boy."
Baba: "A'ah, good!! Kak Sarah?"
Gibran: "Kak Sarah girl tauuuu.." (wah.. I was already darn proud in my half-snooze coz my son can differentiate girls and boys!)
Baba: "YES!!!" (apparently H was also sooo proud by then..)
Baba: "Abang Nabeel?"
Gibran: "Boy!"
Baba: "Yes! Shamel?"
Gibran: "Boy!!"
Baba: "Yes!! Bibik Hana?"
Gibran: (Two-second pause).. "Bibik Hana boy!!"

Can it be because Shamel's Bibik is skinny as a board and doesn't look like a girl? Shhh!!!

Or it simply means that Gib's skills still need sharpening :p Heheheheee.
