So many things to write, so little time! You'd think staying home gives a woman loads of free time, right? Think again. Try one day in my shoes and I beg you'd be begging to trade places again.
Gibran turned 31 months yesterday, and yesss... it's the first time I forgot his birth-day/date. Pffft. Nevermind lah, right? It's impossible to do monthly updates as kiddies grow older anyway.
Will do a more thorough write-up tonight but for now I gotta finish my Arabic class homework, cook H's dinner, prepare Gib's things to send to my parents' place tonight, make a chocolate topping for the choc cake I baked on Saturday (no time to make it on the same day!), clean the room, check on Sarah and Shamel who I am babysitting today, pack our things into the MPV, make sure everyone (and every kid's things!) get to my parents' house in one piece before 6 pm., bring the younger kids to the park to run out of access energy so they'd sleep better tonight, then bathe and feed Gib before I bathe and feed myself before I head off for Arabic class tonight. Phewwww.
So... anybody wanna trade places with this "lady of leisure"?
Huahuahuahaa... Forget it, though, coz I wouldn't trade my shoes in with anybody for the world. Wah... manyakk bagus wohhh..

hye, do u mind to share ur choc cake recipe with the choc topping :). i am trying to find a recipe for moist choc cake with topping but fail each time...
Am at home from this week onwards -MC because of contractions - and I was banking on doing lots of things around the house - tidying up, potty training the kids, packing for the hospital, working from home ie sending emails to office to get ppl to do this n that, baking and cooking for the kids (husband and kids demand this whenever i am home even on MC). But have just mostly been nursing my contractions and telling baby to get out! hahaha! Both sons have been spot checking my whereabouts every 5 mins and I must answer the roll call or else! I can see nanny running after em like a mad woman trying to wash their bottoms/feed em. Nope its not easy to stay home at all!! But its very nice to be home with the kids none the less.
I would do the SAHM business when my parents aren't around and as much as I love my son, he can drive me up the wall!! Haha! So being an SAHM isn't lady of leisurelah. Unless you have like 2 maids taking care of 1 child. Heh. You're going a good job babe! Hats off!!!
I just got this kind of message that I am sitting at home jaga-ing 1 child is senang! I was so furious when I heard this! Lets Hi5!
kartini; i loveeee baking and nak sgt share some recipes but the problem is that i ALWAYS forget to take pictures of the finished product. so tak professional, kan? i still owe this blog a pizza recipe which i mentioned months ago! yikes... insyaallah i will post a great recipe of my mom's for a chocolate cake within a few days' time in my other blog http://babyboon-ramblings.blogspot.com

nadia; aisey, i got trust issues lah. i got maid also but i'm the one who does everythingg for gib. go figure! hahahaaa.. sometimes i wish i could be like victoria beckham. huhuhuuuu dah off-tangent lah pulak! but!.. wouldnt it be nice to be able to do your hair every single day at the salon and bla bla bla....
cynthia; hi-fiveee!! who the heck was so insensitive towards u lah? ask that person to trade places for one day lah. tsk tskkkk
